GCSE English can feel overwhelming , two exams, a huge range of texts, and essay skills that take time to develop. Many students know what they want to say but struggle to put it on the page in a way that gets marks.
In my sessions, I work on the skills that actually make a difference: how to read a text closely, how to build an argument, how to write with precision. I cover both English Language and English Literature, and I tailor every session to where your child is and what they need most.
I have particular experience supporting students with dyslexia and other learning differences, and I'm patient with students who feel like English "just isn't for them."
